His father’s name is Emmanuel Rohn and his mother’s name is Clara Rohn. He is the only child of his parents. In his childhood, he worked on their family farm in Caldwell, Idaho. From a middle-class child, he becomes an American self-made millionaire at the age of 31.

Education

Rohn was always not interested in studying. He always thinks that he was not learning the thing from college that he wants to know. After 1 year of admission to the degree college in Yakima, he left his study and looked for a great job opportunity. At the age of 25, this left Jim entirely bankrupt and deeply obliged.

Career

Jim started his career as a human resource manager for a famous American department store Sears. During this period, a colleague invited him to attend a business lecture given by entrepreneur and Nutri bio chairman John Earl Shoaff. In 1955, Jim joined as a business distributer to John Earl Shoaff’s direct selling business which is known as AbundaVita.

Jim resigned from the business distributer post at AbundaVita and joined the Nutri bio corporation another direct-selling business company John Earl Shoaff in 1957. Nutri Bio’s chairman and CEO started to mentor Jim. Under the great mentorship of Earl Shoaff, Jim established one of the greatest organizations for his company. In 1960, Nutri bio corporation created another branch in Canada. Earl Shoaff and the other founders of Nutri Bio recruited him as the business in charge of this branch.

At the start of 1960, Jim was invited as a speaker to the Rotary Club. After attending this conference, he has attended more than 200 plus conferences as a speaker. In 1963, in California’s best hotel, Beverly Hills Hotel, Rohn attends his first public seminar. He represented his country in various international seminars and shared his entire life story and personal development philosophy.

In the year 1970 Jim attend the seminar of a famous petroleum company Standard Oil. In this same year participated in a personal development business which was known as “Adventures in Achievement”. Under this great program, he attends many seminars and personal development business workshops. For more than 40 years he continued his career as a motivational speaker.

Others who credit Jim for creating their great business careers include American famous authors and lecturers such as Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield, Everton Edwards, Brian Tracy, Todd Smith, and T. Harv Eker. In this period Jim collaborate with Chris Widener and wrote the novel Twelve Pillars.
